What is PVIP
Residency by investment, redefined.
The Premium Visa Programme is Malaysia’s flagship residency-by-investment pathway. Your commitment is a placed deposit rather than a fee, one that unlocks the right to build a life, a business and a legacy in one of Asia’s most dynamic economies.
- Live, work, invest and study, with no local sponsor
- Include your spouse, children, parents and parents-in-law
- No minimum stay. Enter and exit Malaysia at your discretion
- Own property and operate businesses under your own name
A flagship programme, offered by the government of Malaysia, and held entirely on your own terms.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

FEES & INVESTMENT
What it costs,
and who it goes to
The programme’s own fees are set by the Malaysian government and paid to it. We do not mark them up and we cannot discount them. Ours is the last line. Every figure is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
Paid to the Malaysian government
One-Time Participation Fee
Payable once, upon approval · RM2,000 of it at online submission
Fixed Deposit
Held in a Malaysian bank · 50% withdrawable after one year, with Immigration approval
Annual Visa Fee
Charged per year of residency
Paid to us
Relocation Package Fee
Insurance cover, arrival reception and accommodation assistance, plus setting up the business, banking, schooling and the family home
RM = Malaysian Ringgit. Government figures are reported from the programme’s published terms and can change without notice, so we confirm the current ones before you commit.
